Interested in a little ETL? Many brew beer but how many have brewed a beer database? Seven years of Great American Beer Festival beer and breweries information turned into a GIS work in progress (so many new delicious brews!).Join us in Grand Junction at the next GIS Colorado meeting to play with seven years of Great American Beer Festival (GABF) beer and breweries information in a SQL environment.
We will jump right into design, creating tables, doing some joins/relates, data extraction and querying best practices using some cool stats from GABF participating breweries and their beers. Prior experience with SQL useful but not required.
