The GIS Colorado board recently released a proposed update to the organization’s bylaws. These changes started as part of the board’s strategic planning initiative. The board has been meeting twice a year to review the organization’s goals and objectives. The bylaws introduce a new guiding document called Roles and Responsibilities. This document is reviewed an annually and covers more about how the board works “day to day.”
Active Members who are up-to-date with their dues are invited to vote before May 17th, 2024. A summary of the changes and requirements for how the changes will be adopted are available here.
