GIS Colorado 2018 Scholarships Announced!

GIS Colorado is pleased to announce this year’s scholarships. For 2018, GIS Colorado is offering four scholarships to deserving university or college students in Colorado:


  • One to a full-time undergraduate student ($1500)
  • One to a full-time graduate student ($1500)
  • One to a part-time undergraduate student ($500)
  • One to a part-time graduate student ($500)

In addition, scholarship recipients will receive:

  • A one year free membership to GIS Colorado
  • An invitation to attend and present at GIS in the Rockies this fall, with conference fee paid by GIS Colorado

GIS in the Rockies Scholarships 2018

GIS in the Rockies (GISITR) is pleased to continue its scholarship program to encourage and support student research and education through the completion of geospatial science projects. This year, GISITR wishes to award two scholarships to students studying in the field of geospatial science: one $1,000 undergraduate scholarship and one $1,000 graduate scholarship. Eligibility, requirements, and the online application form can be found at gisintherockies.org/scholarships. The deadline to submit a completed application is 11:59PM MDT, June 21, 2018.
